1. Introduction

Welcome to CratoSpace. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including self-storage, packers & movers, and corporate relocation solutions offered through our website [www.cratospace.com] and any associated platforms.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

CratoSpace offers:

  • Self-storage facilities for individuals and businesses
  • Packers & Movers services for household and office shifting
  • Corporate relocation and storage solutions

All services are subject to availability and serviceability in your area.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be confirmed via our website, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.
  • Full or partial payment may be required to confirm services.
  • Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or cash (for select services).

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund (subject to deductions for administrative/processing fees).
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and location information.
  • Ensure all items to be stored/moved are lawful and non-hazardous.
  • Inform us in advance about delicate or high-value items.

6. Liability

While we take utmost care, CratoSpace is not liable for:

  • Losses due to force majeure (natural calamities, accidents, riots).
  • Damage to improperly packed goods not packed by our team.
  • Any loss resulting from misinformation provided by the customer.

Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific booking.

7. Storage Policies

  • Items stored in CratoSpace units must not include hazardous, perishable, or illegal materials.
  • Customers are responsible for securing items not covered by CratoSpace insurance (if offered).

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at any point due to:

  • Misuse of services
  • Violation of these terms
  • Unavailability or logistical issues

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
