Preparing restaurant items for storage
Kitchen equipment needs more preparation than furniture. Anything greasy, wet or connected to gas has to be dealt with first.

- Degrease and clean all kitchen equipment
- Have gas appliances disconnected by a qualified technician
- Defrost and dry fridges and chillers with the doors left open
- Drain coffee machines, dishwashers and ice machines completely
- Wipe down and dry upholstered seating
- Label furniture by area: dining, bar, outdoor

Storing beats selling at a loss
Restaurant furniture and equipment lose a lot of value when sold in a hurry. If you plan to reopen or open a new outlet within a year, storing what you will reuse usually costs far less than buying it again.

Can you store commercial kitchen equipment?
Yes, if it is cleaned, dry and disconnected from gas and water. Tell us the list and the largest dimensions when you ask for a quote.
Do you store food or drinks?
No. Food, drinks and ingredients attract pests and spoil, so they are not accepted.
Can collection happen after closing time?
Usually yes, within the hours your mall or building allows for material movement.
Can items be delivered to a new outlet address?
Yes. Delivery can go to any address in Gurgaon.
