Questions about long-term storage
Can I store my household while I live abroad?
Yes. Many of our long-term customers are NRIs. Billing continues monthly, and when you return we deliver to your Gurgaon address.
Can a family member take out items while I am away?
Yes, if you tell us in advance. We only release goods to the people you authorise, after confirming with them.
Is long-term storage priced differently?
The monthly plan is the same. For long stays, ask us about the price for your volume and duration when you call.
Should I store jewellery or documents with you?
No. Use a bank locker for jewellery, cash, passports and original property papers.
Will furniture stay in good condition for years?
