Storage on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR)
SPR connects Sohna Road and Golf Course Extension Road with NH-48, and the sectors along it are filling up with new towers. We help residents through possession gaps and their first fit-outs.
- Doorstep pickup
- 24/7 CCTV warehouse
- Monthly, no lock-in
A corridor of new towers
SPR is one of the newer residential corridors in Gurgaon. Projects such as Tata Primanti sit alongside towers that have only recently been handed over, so a lot of households are mid-move.
Because the road links Sohna Road, Golf Course Extension Road and NH-48, residents here often work across the city and want storage that comes to them rather than a unit they have to drive to.
For handover gaps, see storage between homes. For long work trips, our long-term storage plan avoids paying rent on an empty flat.
Common storage needs on SPR
Interior work
Store furniture while kitchens, wardrobes and lights go in.
Work travel
Long project postings outside Gurgaon. Store the household and stop paying rent on an empty flat.
Extra cartons
Books, clothes and kitchenware that do not fit the new cupboards yet.

Pickup day
Pickup notes for SPR societies
- Newer societies may restrict material movement while other flats are still being fitted out. Check the hours and gate rules with the maintenance office.
- Vatika Chowk traffic is heavy at peak hours. We schedule around it where we can.
- If interiors are still underway on delivery day, keep one room clear for the boxes and we will place furniture room by room.
