- Builder-floor lifts are small, and many floors have only stairs. Large sofas and beds may need to be dismantled. We do this on site and label the parts.
- Parking in front of the house is often shared with neighbours. A quick word with them the day before saves time on pickup day.
- If the landlord and tenant are different people, tell us whose goods are whose so each lot is listed separately.
