The problem with keeping event material in the office
Most agencies start by stacking material in a meeting room or a basement. It works until the second big client, when panels get scratched, prints get creased, and someone spends a morning hunting for the right standee before a show.
Off-site storage fixes the space problem, but only if you can find things. It works the same way as our inventory storage for sellers. That is why we store event material by client or by event, with your labels on every piece, so a request like “everything for Client X’s booth” is one delivery.

Questions about event storage
How much notice do you need before an event?
The earlier the better, especially in the wedding and exhibition season. Share your calendar and we plan deliveries in advance. For urgent requests, call us and we will confirm what is possible.
Can material be delivered straight to the venue?
Delivery can go to any address in Gurgaon. For venues, share the loading-bay timing and the contact on site.
Can you store material for several clients separately?
Yes. Each client or event is kept as a labelled lot, so nothing gets mixed up.
Do you store large booth structures?
Tell us the dimensions and weight of the largest pieces when you ask for a quote, and we will confirm.
