Why sites are a bad place to keep furniture
A site in the middle of a fit-out is the worst place for finished furniture: cement dust, paint, carpenters moving sheets of ply, and no one responsible for a sofa in the corner. Damage there becomes a dispute with the client.
Storing pieces off-site until the site is clean protects your finish and your relationship with the client. Can furniture vendors deliver directly to your warehouse?
Talk to us before the order ships so we can confirm the delivery window and the paperwork, then we hold the pieces under the project name.
Who pays, the designer or the client?
Either. The plan can be in your firm’s name with a GST invoice, or in the client’s name if you prefer.
Can you deliver room by room?
Yes. Deliveries can be split to match the order in which the site is finished.
Do you store tiles, stone or construction material?
We store furniture, fixtures and décor. Ask us before sending heavy construction material such as stone slabs or bulk tiles.
